Vendor Application for November 20th - 21st 2015 Vendor booths $150 for the 2 day event. If you chose to only do Saturday price remains the same.

Our current vendors get priority - if you are a new vendor, please fill out this form, this will add you to the waiting list - If our current vendors do not respond my 2/25/15 we will move to the waiting list - If you are handcrafted, or NOT direct Sales, your application will be approved immediately
A $50 deposit will be required by to hold your space - Balance of $100 will be due 9-15-15.
Most booths are 10 x10. ONLY 60 booths available.

Shabby Lane Shops, LLC reserves the right to refuse a vendor. Only 1 vendor per company. i.e. May Kay, Avon, etc

This will be a great way to invite your customers & share other vendors customers. Public will also be invited.

By applying as a vendor you agree to abide by our terms.
Agree to invite your customers and help promote on facebook, blogs and newsletters as this will be a group networking effort.

$50 deposit must be received to keep your vendor booth. (another invoice link will be sent upon approval) You will be responsible for tables, set up and removing your items.
